Welcome to Candid Crystals ("the Website"), operated by Candid Crystals Limited, a company registered in Mauritius ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, any other policy published on our website and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website.

User Accounts

Registration: To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and checkout page.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Seller Responsibilities: We are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of our listings, including descriptions, images, prices, and any other information provided. We warrant that all products or services listed for sale are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We, sellers, agree to honor all sales made through our website and to fulfill our obligations to Buyers promptly and professionally. We warrant having all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to list and sell the products or services, and we do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Buyer Responsibilities

Due Diligence: Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making a purchase, including reviewing product descriptions, images, and seller ratings. 

Payment: Buyers agree to make timely and full payment for any products or services purchased through the Website. 

Transactions and Payments

Our Client will be able to pay directly through the payment gateway integrated in our website. We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of any contract entered into between You, the client, and us, Candid Crystals.  Any dispute regarding products, services, or payments must be resolved directly between the client and Candid Crystals. No additional fees are applicable when going through the payment gateway. 

Delivery 

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 (seven) business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for foreign orders is typically 40 (forty) business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary.

While we strive to deliver your products promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs delays, logistical issues, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of the situation and provide updated delivery estimates. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to delivery delays.

Local Orders (within Mauritius): All local orders will be delivered directly to the address you provide during checkout (home delivery).

Foreign Orders: Foreign orders will be dispatched via postage or reputable international courier services. For international orders kindly send a shipment quote request on info@candidcrystals. com. While we take all reasonable precautions to pack your package securely to prevent damage during transit, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during international shipping. Any claims for damage during foreign transit must be pursued directly with the shipping carrier.

Product Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a product before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@candidcrystals.com or +230 58555004. If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment you will be eligible for a full refund of the product's purchase price.

Upon successful cancellation, we will process your refund. We will do the necessary to contact you to arrange the refund process, which may include direct bank transfer or other suitable methods. Refunds will be processed within 5 (five) business days after confirmation of cancellation. Notwithstanding the above, any refunds for reasons other than product cancellation before dispatch will be made at our sole discretion. The client has 1 (one) month to claim a refund in case of defect of the product, exceeding the time limit, no refund or return shall be accepted.   If you believe there is a valid reason for a refund outside of the Disclaimer, please contact us with details, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Our decision will be final.

Content and Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Content from the Website without our express written permission.

You agree not to:
