Local Delivery Schedule (Mauritius):

To optimise service efficiency, deliveries across Mauritius are organised by region according to a fixed weekly schedule. Please be advised that an inland delivery fee of Rs 100 applies to all orders.

Regional Delivery Days:

  • Monday: No deliveries 
  • Tuesday (North): Grand Baie, Pereybère, Cap Malheureux, Triolet, Goodlands
  • Wednesday (East): Centre de Flacq, Flacq, Belle Mare, Trou d’Eau Douce, Poste de Flacq
  • Thursday (South): Mahébourg, Souillac, Chemin Grenier, Rivière des Anguilles, Rose Belle
  • Friday (West): Flic en Flac, Tamarin, Black River, Bambous, Albion
  • Saturday (Center): Port Louis, Quatre Bornes, Curepipe, Vacoas, Phoenix, Beau Bassin-Rose Hill
  • Sunday/Public Holidays: No deliveries

If your location falls within a listed region, deliveries will occur on the designated day. Orders placed immediately after your area's scheduled delivery day will be securely held and dispatched on the next scheduled delivery day for your region.

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

  • Advance Notification: Our delivery team will contact you via phone or SMS at least one hour prior to arrival to confirm availability for receipt of the order.
  • Recipient Unavailability: If there is no one available at the agreed time, delivery will be rescheduled for the next available slot in the same region. We will coordinate with you to ensure prompt completion.
  • Accurate Address Requirement: Customers are responsible for providing a precise and accessible delivery address, including relevant details such as apartment numbers and landmarks, to facilitate efficient delivery. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays.
  • Missed Deliveries: Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse for collection. Alternatively, a third delivery can be arranged, subject to payment of an additional delivery fee.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, our driver will require either a signature or a confirmation message to verify successful receipt. This confirmation may be provided physically or via SMS/WhatsApp while the driver is present.
  • Weather or Traffic Delays: Delivery schedules may be affected by adverse weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and arrange for an alternative delivery time if necessary.
  • Special Instructions: For specific delivery requests (e.g., calling upon arrival, leaving with security), please provide these instructions during order placement, either in the order notes or directly to our team. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests.

depending on the delivery address. We ensure prompt and reliable service to all regions
within Mauritius.


Conditions for Free Delivery

designated amount, as stated in the promotional terms and conditions. If applicable,
these will be communicated during the checkout process.

Delivery Restrictions

only be made to physical addresses; PO boxes are not eligible for service.
